Nairo delivers to the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is our dispatch timeframe, not the delivery timeframe.

Shipping charges

United Kingdom: Free shipping.
Germany: Free shipping.
Other European Union countries: €8 per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. If you shop in another currency, please refer to the final amount shown at checkout.

Incorrect delivery details

Damaged, incorrect or missing deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or has not arrived as expected, please email us with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs of any damage can help us investigate. This does not affect your statutory rights.
